Latest deals at Class A suburban office park span automotive, manufacturing, and software sectors
CP Group, a vertically-integrated commercial real estate owner-operator and developer across the Sunbelt, today announced that it has executed nearly 25,000 square feet of leasing agreements at One and Two Ravinia – two 17-story office towers totaling 800,000 square feet in the Dunwoody neighborhood of Atlanta.
Situated in one of metro Atlanta’s most prestigious, well-known suburban office parks, One and Two Ravinia offers a prime Central Perimeter address directly adjacent to the Perimeter Mall and steps from a wide variety of dining and retail establishments. CP Group’s investment in the buildings, including the redevelopment of its on-site amenity offerings and common areas, as well as the addition of flexible, move-in-ready spec suites, has led to a wave of leasing activity, bringing five new tenants to the property.
- Cosmo Cabinets, a kitchen and bath cabinet supplier for residential and commercial use, signed a lease for a nearly 7,500-square-foot spec suite, relocating from nearby Eatonton. Dan Granot of Savills represented the tenant.
- Associated Materials, a wholesale building materials company for exterior building products, signed a lease for an over 5,600-square-foot spec suite for its new Atlanta office. RJ Zurak of Newmark represented the tenant.
- Momentum Technologies, a clean-tech firm specializing in the recovery of critical minerals and metals from battery and magnet waste, signed a lease for a 4,300-square-foot spec suite in its relocation from Sandy Springs. Brian Elrod of NAI Elrod Group represented the tenant.
- Black Duck, a leader in application security solutions specializing in open-source risk management and software composition analysis, is relocating from Buckhead and has signed a lease for a nearly 3,800-square-foot spec suite. Daniel Duarte of Newmark represented the tenant.
- A global auto parts vendor signed a lease for a 3,700-square-foot spec suite as its Atlanta office.
Glenn Kolker, Preston Menning, and Lauren Slappey of Stream Realty represent the landlord as the exclusive leasing agents for the buildings.

CP Group also upgraded the onsite multi-room conference facility that seats up to 150 and introduced 85,000-square-feet of premium spec suites, ranging from 2,000 to 10,000 square feet, as part of its ‘worCPlaces’ flexible workspace offering. This program is designed to offer customized, move-in-ready suites that meet the needs of companies seeking adaptable yet scalable office environments for evolving teams. CP Group built seven spec suites on the 16th and 17th floors at the end of 2024, five of which have already been leased – with the remaining two currently in negotiations – all within just six months of delivery.
